The LKWF-980 waxed paper folding machine is a fully automatic folding and slitting line designed for converting wax paper and one-side silicone paper into pop-up baking sheets. It takes jumbo rolls of 30–60 gsm material — up to Φ800 mm in diameter and 930 mm wide, wound on standard 76 mm (3″) cores — and cross-folds the web into V-fold sheets that dispense one after another in the continuous-extraction (pop-up) format used in retail baking paper packs.
Each finished sheet unfolds to 270 mm in length, with a folded length of 135 mm and slitting width adjustable within 950 mm; other unfolded sizes can be customized on request. The cut-off can be set to serrated or straight edge, so a single line can serve different packaging formats and market preferences.
A single slitting row runs at 250–400 sheets per minute, and total output scales with the number of slitting rows. The Roots fan, main motor, tension control and discharge conveyor are all managed from a 7-inch touch screen, keeping daily operation and size changeovers straightforward for operators.
